Shipping Terms
- All our products are made to order and require processing time of 2-3 days.
- FREE standard delivery on order over 99£ within UK.
- Advanced shipping methods available.
- Delivery is via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.
- Candles can be heavy & require a large box for transportation so price of postage reflects the weight and size of the parcel.
- All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.
- Self Pick-Up: You can pickup your order at the studio. We are located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire If this apply to you, simply send us a message and we will give you a coupon code for free shipping and our address!
Send A Gift
Your item will be packed separately in a gift bag or box depends of the size with ribbon addition. You can also add a message that will be attached to the gift. Please use window "REMARKS" at the end of checkout for any informations you want us to add to your gift. Please send email to info@misoyacandles.uk with your personal message and order number if you miss add the remarks.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once your order leaves our studio, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays or lost parcel. Please contact your shipping provider.
Refund & Returns Policy
- All of our creations are carefully inspected before sent.
- All individually handmade so slight imperfections, frosting or color variations and air bubbles might appear by nature, expecially the colder months of the year. That proves that the soya wax we used is 100% natural.
- We don't accept any returns or exchanges but you can always contact us for any return question to email: info@misoyacandles.uk or you can use contact form on our website page "Contact Us"
- Please inspect your order within the first 72h.
- Received item is defective, damage or wrong items sent please provide a description with photographic evidence to info@misoyacandles.uk
- To be eligible for a refund, the returnet item/s must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its orginal packaging with your order and address. After your return is confirmed and we receive the item/s back we will issue a refund on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost.
- Misoyacandles cannot accept responsibility for any lost and stolen parcel.
- We not offer replacement or refunds on item that have been marked as delivered.
- Please contact with us immediately if your tracking information indicated that parcel was delivered but you did not received it.
